1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NovaXchange, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. What NovaXchange does

NovaXchange lets verified users buy USDT (Tether) with Indian Rupees at a single published rate. We do not offer staking, lending, or investment products — every order is a straightforward buy: you pay INR via UPI, we send USDT to your wallet address after verification.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to hold and transact cryptocurrency under the laws of your jurisdiction. You're responsible for determining whether using NovaXchange is lawful where you live.

4. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Orders and payouts

Every order is reviewed manually before payout. We reserve the right to reject an order — including for suspected fraud, an invalid or duplicate transaction reference, mismatched network, or incomplete verification — without processing payout. Payouts target under 15 minutes after approval but are not guaranteed within any fixed time.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use NovaXchange for money laundering, financing illegal activity, or to process funds you know or suspect to be proceeds of crime. We cooperate with law enforcement and may report suspicious activity as required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

NovaXchange is provided "as is." We're not liable for losses from sending USDT to the wrong network, sending to a stale or incorrect address, or delays outside our reasonable control. See our Risk Disclosure for more.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
