Wrong-network transfers are irreversible
Always double-check that you're sending USDT on the exact network shown (TRC20 or BEP20) to the exact address shown. Sending on the wrong network, or to an outdated address, typically results in permanent loss of funds that no platform — including NovaXchange — can recover.
Manual review takes time
Every order is verified by a human before payout. While we target under 15 minutes, unusually large orders, incomplete information, or high volume may extend this. Payout timing is not guaranteed.
Duplicate or invalid transaction references
A transaction reference can only be used once, platform-wide. Submitting a reference that's already been used, doesn't match an actual transfer, or belongs to someone else's transaction will result in your order being rejected.
UPI payout accuracy
You're responsible for entering a UPI ID you own and control. Payouts to an incorrect UPI ID you provided are not NovaXchange's responsibility to recover.
Platform and market risk
Like any online financial service, NovaXchange carries operational risk (downtime, technical issues) and regulatory risk (rules around crypto-to-fiat conversion can change). The published rate reflects current market conditions and can change between the time you view it and the time your order is placed.
