What we collect
Account details you give us directly: name, email, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). Order details: amount, network, wallet address, transaction reference, and a payment-proof screenshot for each buy order. Standard technical data like IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, process and verify your buy orders, deliver USDT to the correct wallet address, prevent fraud and duplicate submissions, and meet KYC/AML obligations under applicable law.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything beyond running the platform, complying with the law, and keeping the service secure.
Who can see your data
Your order details and uploaded proof are visible to you and to NovaXchange admins reviewing your order. We may disclose information to law enforcement or regulators where legally required.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and AML record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support. Some order records may need to be retained even after account deletion to meet legal obligations.
